Dr. Eko Hari Purnomo, M.Sc
Head of the Department of Food Science and Technology IPB University
Dr. Eko Hari Purnomo is a lecturer at the Department of Food Science and Technology IPB University. His area of expertise is food process engineering. He holds a bachelor's degree in food technology from IPB University, a master's degree in food engineering from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and Physics of Complex Fluids, University of Twente, The Netherlands (PhD.). He currently serves as the Head of the Department of Food Science and Technology of IPB University, he is also the Local Coordinator of the OKP-TMT+ Project, Assistant Director of Learning and Student Affairs of the Ministry of Education and Culture, and Project Manager of IPB University Agricultural TVET Revitalization. He served as Deputy Director for International Programs at IPB University and was Country Coordinator for the ASEAN International Mobility for Students (AIMS) program.
